New Leadership, Same Great Service: SeaPort Airlines promotes former COO, Rob McKinney to Presidency. 

Jonesboro, AR. – John Beardsley, CEO SeaPort Airlines is proud to announce the appointment of Rob McKinney to the title of President SeaPort Airlines.  “Rob has been instrumental to our company from day one of our operations.  He has consistently demonstrated a high skill level in both operations and business.  He understands safety is our number one priority followed closely with superb customer service” reports Beardsley.

Mr. McKinney is a graduate of Purdue University - Aviation Technology and holds an MBA from Ellis College.  He is also trained and experienced as a commercial pilot.  “It’s about time,” says McKinney “that an airline will focus on the passenger needs in outlying cities and business people who need to travel without the hassles of long waiting lines for check-in or security points.  This is our purpose.”

“The opportunity before me is one that complements my background and I’m eager to continue leading this company towards a direction of expansion and excellent customer service,” Says Rob McKinney – President SeaPort Airlines.  “Since our inaugural flight back in October 2009 serving the Jonesboro area via Jonesboro Municipal Airport, we will continue to strive for greater schedule accommodations, frequency, and growth around the Mid-South.”

Airport Manger Phillip Steed states, “I have talked to several customers in the lobby and around town that have flown SeaPort Airlines and they all have a common topic of discussion which is convenience.  I’ve personally flown to Memphis on SeaPort Air and the convenience is a large factor for me.  I constantly hear compliments from passengers and I can sense the word of mouth is spreading.” 

SeaPort Airlines operates 115 daily scheduled flights during the weekdays in, Memphis, Jonesboro, Hot Springs, El Dorado, Harrison, five Northwest cities, seven Southeast Alaska cities. SeaPort Airlines has planned expansion to additional larger hubs to provide even greater options to our Arkansas and Tennessee passengers.
