ASU Small Business and Technology Development Center, Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Jonesboro Association to offer Mobile Marketing workshop at the ASU Delta Center Tuesday, August 30th from 1-4 pm.
84% of mobile phone users use their devices to look for information about local businesses and organizations. Today’s consumers use mobile search in almost every area of their lives. Many of them use their mobile phones to find information on prices as well, even if they plan to make the actual purchase offline at your store. The challenge for area small businesses is to make sure that their online marketing efforts are “mobile friendly”. In this workshop the instructor, Abbi Siler with Pleth, LLC will discuss what mobile marketing means, how to make sure our website is “mobile friendly”, how businesses use applications and much more. Small businesses customers are not only online…they are mobile! Are you? The workshop will be held from 1-4 pm at the ASU Delta Center for Economic Development building, 319 University Loop West on the ASU campus in Jonesboro.
Registration is $35 per person ($25 for Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Jonesboro Association members, $20 ASU Faculty, Staff & Students).
