Committee Spotlight: Student Recognition |

The Student Recognition program is a project of the Workforce Development Committee chaired by Michael Givens of St. Bernards Medical Center. This year, the committee awarded 55 students with certificates, two free games at the Jonesboro Bowling Center, and a free meal at Chick-Fil-A. Ashley Hill of Sylvan Learning Center coordinated the Student Recognition program that recognized students in 13 schools within five school districts that serve the Jonesboro city limits.
This program is made possible through the Workforce Development Committee and the Leaders of the 21st Century sponsors including St. Bernards Medical Center, Express Personnel, Best Conveyors, Delta Center for Economic Development, ASU-College of Business, BancorpSouth, Liberty Bank, NEA Baptist, OFSC, Ritter Communications, and Simmons First Bank.
