Standing out in the crowd of competitors to get your marketing message across to potential customers has always been a challenge for small businesses. Fortunately, with today’s technology small businesses can “Stand Out from the Herd” and use cutting edge tools to grow their business.
The ASU Small Business and Technology Development Center is offering a “Cutting Edge Marketing for the 21st Century” seminar on Thursday, January 27th at the ASU Delta Center for Economic Development to share innovative tools that small businesses can use for little or no cost to improve their marketing message. The seminar will be offered twice on Thursday, 1-4 pm and again 6-9 pm.
“Small businesses traditionally lacked the marketing budget to compete with larger companies in the marketing area.” said Herb Lawrence, Center Director for the ASU SBTDC. “But the good news is that today small businesses can use innovative tools to find, communicate with, and engage potential customers in ways never imagined just 20 years ago. At this workshop we will show small business marketers how they can Stand Out from the Herd and grow their businesses for little or in some cases no cost.”
Cost is $35 per person, $25 for Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Jonesboro Association members, $20 for ASU Faculty, Staff and students. Register for this workshop by calling the ASU SBTDC (870) 972-3517, e-mail your registration to asusbtdc@astate.edu or on-line at http://asbtdc.ualr.edu/training/jonesboro.asp.
